1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Studiio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of service
Studiio is dance studio management software available to studios in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and other countries where we make the service available. The service helps studio owners and staff manage their business and may include:
- A web dashboard for class schedules, customers, and studio settings
- Customer join codes and branded mobile apps for dancers
- Optional email and push notifications about studio activity
- Optional paid subscription billing through Stripe
You are responsible for the accuracy of studio details, class information, and customer data you enter.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
5. Paid features (Studiio Plus)
Studiio offers a free tier and an optional paid tier called Studiio Plus. Prices, billing period (monthly or annual), and included features are shown on our pricing page and in the app before you confirm payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled via the Stripe customer portal or account billing settings. Plus entitlements apply to the studio you upgrade.
Refunds are handled as described at the point of purchase and as required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence (including UK, US, and Canadian law where relevant). We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods; changes do not affect amounts already paid.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Studiio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studiio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
